As Set and Costume Designer I wanted to be authentic to the time period. Uncle Vanya, a timeless Chekhovian classic, has been reimagined and brought to life through an immersive design that captures the essence of the play. Working in collaboration with the sound and lighting designers, I carefully crafted the design to transport the audience into the country side of 19th-century Russia in a playful and enticing way.
